Our Story
Ligamove was founded by Dr. Sven Rees (PhD) an Accredited Exercise Physiologist with over 20 years of expertise working with clients who experience lower limb conditions such as tight calves, ankle stiffness, plantar fasciitis, shin splints, peripheral neuropathy and Achilles tendinitis.
Time and again, Dr Sven found himself recommending various different tools to his clients for home stretching in between sessions. No product seemed to offer a complete, adjustable, and portable solution for use in the home.
What started as a passion project on the Sunshine Coast of Australia, became a mission to design a product that genuinely helps people move better, and manage their lower limb complaints. After many iterations, the 3-in-1 Adjustable Slant Board was created as an all-in-one tool for stretching the calves, feet, ankles and planatar fascia.
